Tom McColl graduated from Whittier Law School in 2009 with his Juris Doctor.  He graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Prior to law school, Mr. McColl was in the United States Marines from 1990 to 1994. 

He is licensed to practice law in California as well as the Central and Southern District Federal Courts.
